Understanding Financial Health Through Real Numbers

We started vexolirona because too many businesses were making decisions based on intuition rather than solid financial analysis. Liquidity and solvency aren't just accounting terms – they're the difference between thriving and barely surviving.

How We Built This Approach

From analyzing struggling businesses to developing practical frameworks that actually work

1
2018-2019

Identifying the Problem

After working with dozens of Australian businesses, we noticed a pattern. Most owners could tell you their revenue but couldn't explain their working capital position. They'd miss warning signs until it was too late. We decided to change that.

2
2020-2022

Developing the Framework

We stripped away complicated jargon and built a system anyone could understand. Not simplified – practical. Our liquidity analysis tools helped businesses predict cash flow problems three months out. The solvency metrics showed whether growth was sustainable or dangerous.

3
2023-2024

Testing and Refinement

We ran pilot programs with manufacturing companies, service providers, and retail businesses across NSW and Victoria. The feedback was clear: people wanted to understand their numbers, not just receive reports. So we adjusted everything to teach analysis, not just present data.

4
2025-Beyond

Making It Accessible

Now we're focused on getting this knowledge to more business owners. Our next program starts September 2025, and we're adding specialized modules for different industries. Because financial health isn't one-size-fits-all.

What You Actually Learn

  • Calculate your current and quick ratios – and more importantly, know what they mean for your daily operations and upcoming obligations
  • Spot the early signs of liquidity problems before they become emergencies, using working capital trends and cash conversion cycles
  • Understand debt-to-equity ratios in context – when leverage helps growth and when it creates risk you can't afford
  • Build financial forecasts that account for seasonal variations and industry-specific patterns relevant to Australian markets
  • Communicate financial health to banks, investors, or partners with confidence and clarity

I'd been running my business for eight years and thought I understood the finances. Turns out I was looking at the wrong indicators. The liquidity analysis showed me why we always felt cash-tight despite decent profits. Changed how I manage everything.
